Chelmsford Borough Council recently advertised a range of cyclical and reactive maintenance opportunities but, due to a shortfall in number of expressions of interest wishes to re-advertise the package for roof safety testing and static access testing. Interested contractors will be expected to be familiar with working for local authority clients and wil have a proven track record of reliability, efficiency and responsiveness.

Contractors will also be capable of demonstrating an exemplary health and safety record.
