Chelmsford City Council is seeking expressions of interest from contractors wishing to tender for the cyclical & reactive maintenance contract in respect of the electrical installations in its property portfolio. The contract will cover all aspects of testing and maintenance of electrical installations, including re-lamping and emergency light testing.
